“Great place! Stayed for a night after a concert at Chautauqua. Had all the amenities we needed and excellent layout to accommodate all of us. We couldn't have asked for more!”

“Check-in was a breeze and she was fantastic with communication. Typically we get a hotel about 30 minutes away from the docks and have to get two rooms which is super expensive and we don't get to spend a lot of time together as we're in separate rooms this was a fantastic switch and hoping it's available next year.”

So much to do for the little ones, ample and flexible sleeping arrangements, and the attention to the little things (like the super soft hot tub towels and the s’mores supplies) were the icing on top. Highly recommend this place, and we hope to be back at our next family reunion! ”

“I have never given below a 5 star for home share. But I had received check out info but not check in. Day of, I called the number of the owner. Didn’t answer, he calls me back. The person texting me in Vrbo’s messaging the code is not the same name listed. Guy calls me and says didn’t know I booked and to cancel. At this point I had no check in instructions. Said to book on another site, to call Vrbo and try to get my money back. That he had people cancel on him and he can’t even log in to his...

“Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!”
