“Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated.”

“We booked a king suite and were told when we arrived that they overbooked and would 2 queens be ok. Well, not really, but what choice did we have? We stayed 4 nights and were given one set of towels each. Then we were told that if we wanted any clean towels we would have to wash them ourselves or ask for more, but our room was never serviced while we were there. “Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. “Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. “Upon entering, the hotel smelled dank, moist, and damp. Our room was not very clean, and smelled like cigarettes despite being non-smoking. The floor was sticky, and there were food crumbs, dust, dirt, and hair along all of the walls on the floor. Walls were grimy and dirty. “Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive.”

“I just expected better. The building & grounds were well maintained. The room was clean, however, the tub was too stained to consider using it. The toilet was extremely short and there were no accessibility bars. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The muffins were frozen, there was no butter for toast, and the floor was sticky in multiple places. There didn’t appear to be any staff available to restock. With the number of guests, it would help to have two waffle makers.”
