âThis is a small, pleasant boutique hotel in a great location near the Museum of Art. The staff are polite and courteous, there are comfortable chairs in the lobby, and coffee is served starting at 7:00 am. The room was roomy and the beds comfortable. â

The location in Old City was perfectâsuper walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. âThe bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Quiet and great staff. The only issues is he homeless people stopping you for money. Then all the homeless people in the middle of the streets with signs. I have never seen so much poverty in a big city like that .â
âMy wife and I were in town for one night to attend a concert. I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. The hotel felt very secure and everything was nice and clean. The front desk person who checked us in AND out was super friendly and accommodating. The iced horchata latte from the coffee shop was fantastic! If we ever return to the city, I would definitely stay here again. â

âAbsolutely LOVED this property and will most definitely be back again! It was a quick walk down to the convention center and the Reading Terminal Market (which was perfect) there was a beautiful rooftop for great views! The contactless entry is perfection! Literally everything can be done on the app, but someone is there if you need anything outside of it. The rooms were so nice and the perfect size! It was a very hot weekend, so being able to check in early and walk into a freezing cold room...

âThe location of this property is PERFECT if you like being within steps of cool restaurants, quaint coffee houses, shopping and all the sights. The hotel felt like a sanctuary from the moment I walked through the doors. Check-in was a breeze. Priced so reasonably I upgraded myself to a suite. It was larger than expected and impeccably clean. Even my room service order arrived sooner than promised and was not only perfect (hot) temperature, but the most tasty dishes Iâve had from a room...
âMy only complain would be that check in was a bit confusing and bc of roadworks it was a bit difficult to enter the property. Otherwise it was fantastic and will stay here again if I come back to Philly! â
