“What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. The beach was amazing for long walks, and terrific mountain biking was close by. The house is exactly as presented in the VRBO description, and the owner was easily accessible. We will be back.”

There are a few items that could be updated inside or repaired but it didn’t distract from our stay. The kitchen didn’t have any bowls to make a salad.”

“Whidbey is a wonderful island. Enjoyed our visit with relatives in nearby Greenbank and appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. Easy drive as highway is close but quiet and peaceful in the house except when jets are flying! Husband enjoyed seeing the F 18’s land and take off. House had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.”

“The house was perfect for our needs and the location was great (beautiful view) however the house is in need of some TLC. Curled up carpets were a tripping hazard, the back outdoor camera flashed on and off all night, weeds growing out of the gutters. Beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed the heaters in the bathrooms (we were there when it was cold so that was great after a shower) but living room furniture is awful (not comfortable at all and felt like it might break if more than 1 person...

“I think this is a new property so maybe some kinks just need to be ironed out. Once that happens, this will be a very nice place to stay. The house is new, beautifully decorated and adorable. It is set up very nice for a couple or a family. It has lovely views out back (except for the trailer and debris still on property). My biggest issue with the house is there are no window treatments. Absolutely zero. In my opinion all bathrooms and bedrooms should have the option to open or close a blind if...

“Clean, maybe a little dated, but overall nice. Great deck overlooking the bay. Well stocked for dishes, pans, cutlery, paper products. Washer and dryer with unscented laundry soap was a nice surprise, along with an airfryer. Appreciated those! Fireplace nice for cold rainy days was nice too. 2 full bathrooms was appreciated.”

“Wonderful house in a peaceful neighborhood. We had deer visiting us daily. Saw eagles flying over the bay. Everything we needed to cook our St Patty's Day dinner. Plenty of space and we had the best weather to enjoy the deck. Loved it!”
