Calling all beach lovers! This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers ample room for families or groups to unwind and enjoy the Texas coast. The Beach Hive is your ideal Surfside Beach getaway, just a minute's drive from the shore and right next to the vibrant Surfside Jetty Park. The Jetty Park is a 15-acre haven for beach lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The park has fishing, a playground with picnic areas, and even holds some historic value.

Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Another room features two queen beds, perfect for families or couples traveling together. A spacious king-sized bedroom boasts an additional twin bunk bed, ideal for a family with young children. Finally, a fun bunk room featuring a triple bunk bed (twin-over-full-over-queen) creates a playful haven for kids or a group of friends.

Just down the street is the Surfside Jetty Park. The park boasts convenient beach access, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. Feeling adventurous? Take a stroll or bike ride along the scenic paved jetty, stretching nearly two-thirds of a mile into the Gulf of Mexico. Cast a line and try your hand at fishing in the Freeport ship channel, a popular spot for catching redfish, sheepshead, and even sharks. The park also caters to families with a playground and picnic areas for a relaxing afternoon under the Texas sun. History buffs will appreciate the park's historical significance, marked by the remnants of the Velasco Town Battery dating back to the 1860s.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
