“This was an amazing location and an amazing house. Have no problem with any of that at all. Only issue I would feel I had was the clean up fee. Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. I know not all tenants are the same - but when we left all that was needed for next stay was to sweep floors, turn on dishwasher and remake beds. Not a lot of...

“Really enjoyed this home. Our 4th year in a row to Surfside and definitely will try for the same house next year! It would bea great bonus to have the doggie yard mowed and mosquito spray in the area to help the dogs from getting bitten so badly. Other than that, we loved every second of our stay!”
