The Surf Shack offers a relaxed vibe perfect for anyone seeking a slice of Texas beach life.



Location: Surfside Beach in Freeport, Texas



Beach Access: Less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk to Surfside Beach.



WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.



Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.



WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.



Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.



Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren`t left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!



Parking: There is room for 4-5 cars in the grass driveway.



Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.



Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.



Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Drift off to sleep in one of three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom, located just off the living area, boasts a queen-size bed with a flatscreen TV for a relaxing retreat. The two bunk rooms, accessible from the dining area, offer flexible sleeping arrangements. One room features a queen-size bunk with a twin bed stacked perpendicularly on top, while the other boasts a space-saving queen-over-queen bunk with a flatscreen TV. A full bathroom with a shower completes this area.



Embrace the laid-back beach lifestyle outdoors. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the expansive, wraparound deck, planning your seaside adventures. As the sun dips below the horizon, unwind with a refreshing cocktail and watch the sky transform into a canvas of pastel pinks and oranges.
