The Space:

The beautiful 3BR 2.5BA will comfortably fit your family, a girls trip or a friends get away!



Las Palmas as a whole is a duplex property. Each unit can be rented individually or together. The front decks connect and they have the option to be open to each other or closed and private.



Guest Access:

Guest will have each unit to themselves or can book both together.

Other Things to Note:

- There is a charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.



Please note -

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.



We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



Interaction with Guests:

This property is self check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!
