For security purposes, there is a front door Ring camera and cameras monitoring underneath the house parking and driveway. Tampering with, disabling, covering, or disconnecting these devices is strictly prohibited and will result in additional charges and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

House Rules

* No illegal drug use at any time
* No smoking or vaping inside the home (smoking allowed outside only; please dispose of cigarette butts properly). A $200 per day fee will be charged for any smoking or vaping inside the home
* No parties or events.
* Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
* No pets allowed. A $300 per pet, per day fee will apply
* Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees and/or reservation cancellation

Linens & Laundry

* Fresh linens and towels are provided (one bath towel and washcloth per guest)
* Extra off white bath towels are provided—please do not take bath towels to the beach

* Please keep doors and windows closed when A/C is running
* Recommended temperature: 70-75

Trash
* Trash bin is located under the house
* Collection days: Monday & Thursday, trash bin placed on the street in front of the house. Please roll the bins out to the street the evening before collection.

Parking
* Parking is allowed under home and in driveway.
* Street parking is allowed on Jettyview Rd in front of the property, on the left side of the street facing the beach.
* Do not block or park in neighboring driveways.
* No parking on dunes or landscaped areas

* Clean after each use
* Turn propane off completely
* Never leave grill unattended
