Z Oceanfront offers direct access and excellent view of the ocean!

Nestled on the shoreline, Z Oceanfront is a charming abode that offers direct access and a breathtaking vista of the ocean. This snug retreat features two queen beds and two convertible sleeper futons in the cozy two-bedroom, one-bath house. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer for added convenience, this beachfront property also boasts a spacious deck that provides an extraordinary view of the ocean. Guests can indulge in a variety of local seafood and chilled beer from nearby eateries. Our priority is to provide our guests with a clean, secure, and comfortable experience that they'll remember forever.

In order to maintain high cleanliness standards, we follow rigorous disinfecting protocols that involve using premium quality and safe cleaning products for washing all washable items as per the recommended guidelines, especially following the pandemic scenario.

As a coastal property, Z Oceanfront is subject to the whims of nature, and guests should expect water levels to fluctuate and sand to collect around the property. Please exercise caution while in the water and around the dunes and be vigilant about caution signs and warnings in the area. To ensure safety, external surveillance cameras have been installed to monitor any unauthorized intrusions.

Check-in is after 4:00 pm, and checkout is by 11:00 am. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at short notice. We require adequate time to clean and sanitize the property thoroughly for our next guests. Delays in check-out may incur associated fees to compensate for the time and inconvenience caused to our cleaning crew and incoming guests.

Please ensure that you do not leave any belongings behind, as handling and shipping fees may apply. Kindly dispose of any trash in the blue dumpster/can outside the property and ensure that all kitchenware and utensils are cleaned and loaded in the dishwasher. Used towels should be left in the bathroom, and items should be returned to their original places.

Please note that additional fees may apply for any trash left behind, soiled or stained fabrics/surfaces, or other unattended messes such as spills on surfaces and appliances. The cleaning fee collected at the time of reservation covers only basic cleaning and sanitizing. Anything requiring more time and effort to return to its original condition will incur additional charges.

Wasnt to bad. Could have been better

Although the location was good and the view was beautiful there were some downsides to our stay. When we arrived and got inside of the house it was so hot you could barly breath. There is not central air but there were 3 portable air conditioners we turned on. We had stay outside until the house cooled. Even with all three air conditioners (and keeping all doors shut) the living room still never really cooled down much and the bathroom was unbarably hot the entire trip. The kitched water had a horrible smell we thought maybe it was the whole area but the bathroom sink didnt have that bad of a smell. The owners were not very responsive to the questions and concerns we had. Over all we had a good time dispite the inconveniences.

Location amazing! Beach front with views and sand of our own. Home is rough though, with limited space, bathroom and AC amenities. However, landlord will do their best to accommodate needs and provide adequate assistance!

Step on to the beach

We had a great time! Loved the deck, beach was just steps away! Thank you for having a kerig coffee maker! We would ask is hose/ shower on deck and more towels, 4 is just not enough.... but most appreciated was the Charmin toilet paper, lol, I hate the cheap stuff! Thank you again for sharing your home for us to make special memories! The internet sadly, we could not get to work but we were not there for that so it was OK. Hubs says the shower curtain needs something.... more weight to hold it in or magnet snaps... water went everywhere lol. Those are all small things, we had a WONDERFUL TIME!

Ocean Front

You can't get more ocean front than this! The location was great; just take note there is a restaurant close by that has live music on Friday/Saturday nights. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed. The deck is large and spacious as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a cozy place to stay in Surfside!

Location, Location, LOCATION!

Such a quaint beach house perfect for my little family… we have two boys ages 4 and 5. We felt spoiled with our short walk to and from the house when ever we needed something on the beach or to get some shade. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the gorgeous deck - wow!!

Perfect location!

Great cozy house just steps to the water The house has a fully stocked kitchen and appliances, even though we only used the microwave since there is a restaurant in walking distance. We had absolutely no issues checking in or out. The owner/management is great and very responsive. We will definitely book again!

Great location

The property was conveniently located on the beach, which made long days at the beach much more enjoyable (especially with small children). The least convenient part was parking - no matter where you park, you’re going to have to trudge through sand before you get to your car. When you have kids, or a lot of things to unload from your car, it’s not ideal but being so close to the beach made it worth it. The house itself was clean, but I couldn’t get the drip coffee maker to brew coffee. I think a Keurig is much more convenient for guests though I know everyone has different preferences. Overall we had a great stay and the property owner was helpful/responsive. I recommend this property to other families looking to stay on the beach.

Great house perfect location!

The house is on the sand at the beach. Really cute, very clean and amazing views! The owner was helpful and communicated well. There is a great restaurant steps away on the beach. This place had everything we could ask for. We would definitely want to stay again for a longer stay :)

Great beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was perfect. Although it’s on a public beach, it was clean. The bathroom needs an upgrade. We loved all other amenities. Kitchen was well stocked, and having a dishwasher was helpful. It would be useful to have a Keurig and a vacuum cleaner. Will definitely stay again and recommend this place.

Forget beachfront, this is oceanfront

You can’t get closer to the water than this. Small but plenty of room for a family of 4, and charming. Well stocked, though we didn’t cook anything more strenuous than sandwiches. Only issue we had, our kids didn’t want to share a bed (the 13 year old is 6 feet tall and a bed hog) so our 10 year old slept on the futon but there were no extra blankets so we used a beach towel until we could run to Walmart. Owner was great with responding to questions. Be prepared to bring everything you want to sit on the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, toys etc), but there is a rentals place right next door or Walmart is about 20 mins back toward Lake Jackson, and you can certainly enjoy everything from the deck. Walkable to 2 restaurants in the beach. We were completely charmed with our first Texas beach experience and this vacation home was the cherry on the top. We would love to come back anytime.

Amazing Beachfront Location!

What a great location! You can't get any closer to the beach. Awesome deck for enjoying the wind and waves without even stepping a foot in the sand. Great restaurant within walking distance with tasty drinks. We will most definitely be back!

Small, clean & in the sand!

You can’t get closer to the beach! It was great! I could watch my kids play in the sand from the porch. We went in Winter, they loved chasing waves & collecting seashells. The house is smaller, as listed. But the beds are comfortable! We didn’t cook much while we were there, but the kitchen had plenty of space & a high bar to eat at. My only issue with the space is that there is nowhere to put luggage except in the living room. But it works! Owners are great & responsive.

The best birthday gift for myself 😊

The house was very clean. Both beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with items needed for cooking. The bathroom included travel size soaps, shampoos and conditioners as well as a couple small bottles of hand sanitizer. The location is wonderful. The deck steps go directly on to the beach. Any questions we had were promptly answered. We would definitely stay here again!
