“Great place to stay with family. The ping-pong, pool tables, and bags were excellent for keeping everyone engaged. The proximity to the lake was within walking distance, close to boat rentals, and 15 minutes to Angola.”

“Great property, very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4.”

“The host is WONDERFUL and addresses issues EFFECTIVELY. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues (such as the gas & electric company coming early in the morning and saying they needed to shut gas/electric off or the Kuerig machine not working) that made the stay a little less relaxing. However, these issues were probably out of the control of the host and the host immediately dealt with these incidents and found resolutions. It was OUTSTANDING service!”

“Nice home, conveniently located on the south edge of the city. Close to everything Angola has to offer, yet backs up to remote area. Everything was great!”

“Comfortable, clean, well equipped. Lots of snacks, coffee stuff centrally located.”

“Quaint homey feel.”

“Clean, spacious and we appreciated them allowing 2 dogs to join us. Great communication!”

“Host was very good at communicating. Hot tub needed some attention, as at first there were no jets and by end of stay water was not warm. It was great being able to take my pup. She enjoyed the stay as well. There were a couple issues I messaged with the host about, but overall it was anlively place for rest, relaxation and getting away from it all.”

“Cute place. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. We enjoyed the fire pit.”

“We enjoyed our stay here very much! The home was clean and well cared for. It was a little musty in the basement room but we didn't use the room so it wasn't a big deal to us. When you walk into the home, you are met with a beautiful view of the lake which was perfect! The homeowner was very attentive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the firepit and the overall feel that the home gave us. The furniture was very comfortable as well. We would definitely come back!”

“Great place. Very clean. It felt brand new. All staples you need plus there were snacks, coffee and waters. The po d out back is great for fishing! It was a surprise that the guest house is attached to the main house. However, we never saw or heard anything that impacted our time here. The location is very close to Hillsdale College. There are a handful of places to eat and trails arboretum nearby. 30 min from IMS.”

“Spacious well equipped home!”

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake cottage! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved watching all the wildlife in such a peaceful, relaxing setting. The bicycles and watercraft made it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything the lake had to offer. The cottage was comfortable, well-equipped, and the perfect place to unwind. We truly enjoyed our weekend and would gladly stay here again! ”

“Everything about this property is 1st class! The home is spotless and looks newly remodeled, with lots of upscale amenities. Host Kathy is very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time.”

“We enjoyed cooking and eating together. The pleasant view of the lake channel through the sliding glass doors of the dining area was especially nice. There were swans ever day that visited! The downstairs entertainment area was really comfortable with its large recliner couches.”

“This was a great family vacation. Everything thing we needed and more.we had such a good time with the water toys what a great weekend!.”
