“5 couples stayed for 3 nights over New Years Eve.Pros: Host was easy to work with. Property easy to find. Property was well stocked with paper products, kitchen items and bath towels etc. Overall the property was very nice. As the weather was cold we did not open the "garage" door or take advantage of the outside area. In warm weather it would be a great place to hang out. Large parking area. Close to Patoka Lake. We visited West Baden hotel & French Lick casino. Instructions for operating...

“Really had a great time. Thought the cabins were great. Would rate 5 starts, but we had mice in cabin 5. Never saw one, there we several mice droppings every morn on the stove and countertops. Some in bathroom also. Didn’t bother me to bad but probably freek most out.”

“Location was great- near Osborn boat ramp and just 10 minutes from Frenchlick. Cabin was adequate but could use a little more cleaning. There were cobwebs in the living room and bedroom plus mice droppings in the pantry. I live in the country and am used to this but had to do a little extra cleaning to feel comfortable. The front porch was very nice and since it rained 3 of the days we were there we spent quite a bit of time out there. Enjoyed the wood carvings around the cabins. ”

“The lodge was great. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. There is a nice area out back to hangout by the fire. Close to nearby attractions”

“The place was very clean. The mattress was squeaky and soft so we kept rolling to the middle. A piece of tape could be put over the super bright flashing light on the sensor above the bed but the location was great and the host was fantastic. ”

“The host was responsive and the unit was clean. This location is very close to everything and perfect for someone that is in the Louisville area visiting. Small fenced in yard was great for the dogs. ”
