Absolutely adorable lake house, so inviting. Property had everything you can need and lots of extras. My grandkids enjoyed the fishing from the dock as well as the kayaks, paddle boards and all the games. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a relaxing lakeside stay!

We stayed at this home the weekend of our son’s wedding at Marblegate Farms. It was the perfect accommodation for our family of five adults and two children. The house has everything you might need and our grandchildren really enjoyed the toys. The kayaks and paddle board were great to use too. It is a great place to stay and a great location!

Lovely lake house retreat

Dreamy Skipping Stone was perfect for our weekend in Friendsville. The hosts were great, the house was beautiful and our family had a lovely time. The outdoor space was wonderful and the house had plenty of seating and areas to hang out both inside and outside. Dont skip this lake house if you are going to be in the Friendsville area.

Wedding weekend

We chose this property to be close to Marblegate Farms, the wedding venue where our daughter was married. Beautiful house, great open family room/kitchen. Lots of nice views. Bathrooms are small but functional. Hostess was great!

Skipping Stone is Serene and Peaceful

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Skipping Stone. Despite being there in February when it was COLD and snowing, the beauty of the lake and the comfy nature of the home made for a pleasurable stay. Bonnie has thought of everything and the home was stocked with all the kitchen tools we needed to make homemade meals. The bunk beds and cubbies will be wonderful if you have children. Enjoy your stay

Relaxing water views

This property was perfect for our trip to visit family in Tennessee. The property is so clean and nicely decorated. All the furniture was very comfortable for relaxing and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. It is a little bit of a drive to get to grocery shopping but the peacefulness of the location and the ability to relax after a long day of sight seeing made it well worth it. The host was incredible. She responded almost immediately to any question we had. We were very pleased and would recommend this property to others

Family Getaway

We came for our husbands 40th birthdays, 2 families with a total of 4 kids (1,2,6,8) and the guys went fishing with a guide one of the days. One day it rained and we went to Pigeon Forge/outlets/Xperia and Iron Forge Brewery for lunch. The house was perfect for our group, the kids loved the lofted bed options, and loved kayaking and fishing from the dock. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the games and sunny weather, and sat and drank our coffee in the mornings and ate dinner outside at night. The toys for kids were great, and the house was clean. Host was super responsive when we asked to check in a little early because we made better time on our drive down, and saved us buying life vests for the fishing trip as they weren’t provided by the guide, but nice life vests at the house that we were told we could use! Overall, great experience and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend here! It was so beautiful and peaceful on the lake! We spent much of the time on the back porch/deck! Weather was perfect and no bugs at all!! It was clean and the host was great and very responsive. We enjoyed the kayaks and some of us swam in the lake! The grill was great and loved eating dinner outside on the deck! Wonderful breeze this weekend. Plenty of beds for everyone and love how it’s open floor plan and plenty of room for our large family! They had everything we needed!! Toys for the littles, everything for the kitchen/cooking, towels, and even a pack n play with sheets for baby to sleep in! We only left to go to the local gas station to get a few things: we had groceries delivered from Walmart to save time! One of the little ones loved the dvds that were there also! There is a coffee station also, which was great! We loved it and will definitely be back! Hopefully next time for a week!
