Nice home, great location. Loved the island. Can't wait to return.We had a minor issue with coffee pot, but it was replaced immediately. Great response time.

We were on the Island for Pledge the Pink 3 day breast cancer walk. The house was a great location. We saw lots of wildlife. The kitchen and living room were nice and open. And all 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was a huge plus for 3 couples staying there.

Great family vacay

House location was great and having creek access was awesome. The toilet plumbing throughout the house needs to be looked in to.

We have stayed on Fripp several times and have never been disappointed! This property was perfect location, perfect size and well decorated. The owner was very responsive to any questions that came up. The canal location was our preference for crabbing and catch and release fishing. Located near the play ground and golf club with a golf cart to sport around in. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Highly recommend! Ed and Shelley were the perfect hosts.

What a wonderful week!

We had a fabulous stay here at Carolina Girl. From the pre-planning to the last day...everything was seamless. Ed and Shelley have the best guest book I have ever seen at a property. This was emailed to us after the booking (and there in the house, too). So many tips and recommendations are included! They even made sure we had a list of all the Thanksgiving activities that were going on that week. The house is absolutely beautiful....wonderful view and stocked with everything we needed. The location was great being right in the middle of everything. Our nine year old daughter had a blast everyday with the many activities going on. It was our first trip to Fripp Island and we would love to go back and stay here at Carolina Girl again!

Perfect getaway!

This house is even better than the description. We loved fishing off the dock and all of the outdoor space and seating. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the accommodations were clean and comfortable! The host Ed was an excellent communicator, and we had an on island property manager for any needs during the week. We will be back to Carolina Girl!

THE BEST VACATION HOME YOU WILL EVER VISIT!

My family of five (three young boys ages 4-9) spent a week at this vacation home and had the BEST time. The home itself is even better in person. The whole home is calming and from the beautiful decor to extra large comfortable towels...You will feel like you are at a luxury hotel. The home was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the layout is spacious. The bathrooms are very large and again, the towels were perfection...not cheap and scratchy but big and soft. The kitchen had everything you would ever need and more. Every kitchen item was top shelf brands that were durable with room for all your pantry items. The TV's in every room were easy to use and the sound in the living room felt like you were in a theater. As loud as my children are, if you shut the door and sat on either of the front or back porches, noise immediately ceased. The doors are that sound proof. The back porch was my favorite place to sit...the screened in porch kept bugs out but the cool wind in. It was beyond relaxing to sit on the couch/chairs either on the upper or lower deck to read and rest. The back porch alone is the reason we will be going back. But even better than the back porch was watching my husband and boys fish and crab off the back deck. The owners provided everything and we made life long memories on that deck...and on the golf carts that is spectacular. There truly aren't words to capture how special this home is...we loved it and we will be going back!
