One exception… We woke up to two nearly dead roaches in the bathroom. We tried to catch them, but they went under the beds. My husband did tell the front desk clerk”

“I’m usually very happy with Hampton Inn and also this time the room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was good, the pool was great and the reception staff were friendly. Our concern was that our room was not cleaned. One day I can understand but when we came back on the second day after we had been out between 10 am and 6 pm, it still wasn’t cleaned. We had to ask at the reception to have our room cleaned. We have a 1 year old who was ready to go to bed so waiting in the reception for 30 min...

“We enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect size for us. It was a little dated but that’s ok too. Older places always bring back the nostalgia of beach trips of the past. Kathy with the rental company was always responsive and helped us with any questions we had. ”

“Shannon started communication with me once we booked the room. She responded to my questions and requests promptly. She offered to help us to book tee time at golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. The room has great view of the ocean, easy access to beach and next to the club complex. ”

“THE HOUSE WAS GREAT...NOT OVERLY STOCKED...WOULD BE NICE IF MORE THAN ONE TOWEL / PERSON WAS PROVIDED ALSO, THE KITCHEN COULD OFFER MORE THINGS LIKE A CROCK POT AND A BLENDER. AND THE PICS WERE MISLEADING IN THAT IT LOOKED LIKE THE GOLFCART WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE...SO WE WEREN'T ABLE TO CRUISE OUR FIRST NIGHT SINCE THE MARINA CART PLACE WAS ALREADY CLOSED WHEN WE GOT THERE. THE GIRLS HAD A GREAT WEEK, THOUGH THANKS FOR SHARING!!!”
