Mogul Hut är en lägenhet på översta våningen med välvda tak, takfönster, nytt kök, ny sten spis, 3: e rum loft, plus ytterligare två sovrum och 2 ombyggda badrum. Balkongen har utsikt över Buffalo Mountain, Peak 1 och många fler samt en bäck som rinner ner precis nedanför. Vi är gångavstånd till Frisco cykelväg och bara en halv mil från Frisco centrum och gratis buss till Summit County. Vi befinner oss i byggnad C, som är det närmaste du kan vara klubbhuset som har en inomhuspool, 4 badtunnor, racketboll, bastu, ångbad, tvättstuga och omklädningsrum. Det finns också en utomhustennisbana, sandvolleyboll och hästsko pit. Vandring och cykling ligger precis bakom dörren och Main St. Frisco är bara en halv promenad.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Overall quiets. The clubhouse amenities were very nice. Location was great with easy access within Frisco and to Breck. The listing could have included that there is no elevator. It wasn't an issue for us, but would be necessary for some to know. It also should make very clear that the door locks immediately upon latching. We were locked out while unloading - (phone with the long passcode was locked inside). We called the number on the listing, but no one answered - apparently the listing contact information is incorrect. We ended up getting help within about 15 minutes, but it wasn't ideal. Generally, the space could have been cleaned better. It smelled like cooking oils and overall, just not very good. Even after airing it out, the space just smelled. The kitchen backsplash and other surfaces were visibly dirty, there were crumbs and other food on the kitchen floor. Fake floral decor throughout the condo was very dusty. The master bed, while comfortable, had what appeared to be clean sheets - but they had stains on them. The kitchen had a hodge podge of utensils and cookware - some broken. The carpet is needing replaced. We had to replace smoke detector battery, and one of the carbon monxide detectors was dead. Also had to replace a light bulb over the island. We might stay here again, but would really expect cleaner.

This was a 4 old man ski trip. The location of the condo is excellent. We parked near the last bus stop each am and took the free shuttle to Copper. Less walking than if we parked on the mountain. Next the three bedrooms worked great. Two of us slept in the bunk-room. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking. The amenities at this condo are excellent. Hot tubs and sauna were nice after skiing. Nick and the management group responded to my contacts. The stay was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Nick has a very nice place in Frisco! I recommend it! The bedroom furniture is way nicer than many rental places. The kitchen is a great size and well-stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and basic supplies. Often places only have a set of 4 plates, 4 cups... But this place has enough for a group to use and to fill the dishwasher. The deck is nice with a great view. The fireplace is cozy. The local property manager is great to work with and replies to any questions quickly and professionally. Nick was generous and even let us have a late checkout so the non-skiers could wait for the skiers to come down from the slopes, (since no one else had booked it right after us). We'd be happy to stay here again. Oh. and the beds in the bunk room are double size, also referred to as twin size. So 2 young kids could fit in each one. In our case, we had a teenager in each one.

Perfect adventure vacation spot

The property owner and management company were great. The condo exceeded our expectations. Eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the mountains and listening to the babbling Brook can't be quantified until you do see it. very well equipped kitchen... even had sugar oil salt and pepper coffee and coffee filters. Would definitely come again.

Summer get away

The condo we stayed in for our first time ever Colorado trip was as advertised. The condo was clean and everything was very comfortable. The only con was there was no air conditioning and it did get very warm during the day, but the evenings did cool down especially after the rains. I would recommend taking a fan if you’re going in August. Overall we were very happy with our stay, and our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation.
