“The stay was really nice. We didnt get house keeping cause they came when we were still sleeping. The elevator was out of order our entire stay which was a let down but that was out of control when it needed to be repaired. The breaksfast included in the room every moening was fantastic. Worh it”

The property has gorgeous plants and gardenscapes (We stay in the Garden units) throughout and is very well maintained by the staff. We were a little bummed to see their main restaurant was no longer operating but we easily had other plans lined up. Great shops to walk to, visit the Barkery for morning bites and coffee at the Market, less than and 3 min walk. We look forward to our next visit! ”
“What a wonderful place, the view from the balcony was serene . The fresh fruit at breakfast. The heater in the bathroom. The cookies at night. The staff was so friendly and we felt well taken care of. This is a place I would like to stay longer at.”
“We had a very nice stay. A simple facility where everything was clean. The front staff was particular friendly and accommodating making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fairly basic but still offered a good variety. We would definitely use it again when we visiting Bainbridge in the future.
The only disappointment was that the pool no longer existed. The property description on the website was not up to date prior to our departure. Only a minor disappointment for the kids.”

“Meanest hotel stay ever. Thin towels, one robe, 10% left on the toilet tissue that was also cheap and thin. Warm not hot water. Surely receptionist and breakfast not as advertised [picture of cooked breakfast] was lobby coffee, buns, fruit. No butter. One english tea sachet in room. Paper or plastic plates and cups. Plastic is not eco friendly.
Upside, the room was spottlessly clean. Very expensive for cheap [as in quality) accomodation. ”
“Staff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel.
What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean.
But the staff was very friendly which was nice. ”
