“The studio apartment was decorated well. Fun colors, comfortable bed, arm chairs instead of a couch. Toiletries are provided and a fridge and microwave. The Host sent regular messages leading up to our stay to keep us well informed about what to expect. That being said, it is a loft apartment with angled ceilings. There is no closet and nowhere to hang clothing. There is also no iron or ironing board. The bathroom is set into the slanted ceiling, so if you are over 6ft tall you have to hunch...

“This was a great wknd get-away spot for some rest and downtime. I wanted something that felt like I was outside of Kansas City but didn’t want to drive too far. This was perfect. Great part of town: coffee, fun shops, drinks, food, trail to walk/run. Room was very clean and comfortable; updated accommodations. Small fridge and microwave were helpful to have. The host was very responsive! The only down side to my stay was the whistle of train that runs through the town. ”

“We loved the area, which is a quiet little nook within a mile of many amazing local restaurants, jazz clubs, and art scene. We were able to walk many places. The owners left many helpful items for our stay, such as Tylenol, toiletries, snacks, readers, and a few beers from a local brewery. The space was clean, and the ac unit worked very well. “Was a nice property and bed was comfortable. A lot of stairs for older people to climb and having to put two different codes in the doors was kind of a pain. The room was good no complaints. Had a great stay.”
