When we got there at 3 (the published check in time) the cleaner was still there cleaning. She came out and let me know she would be another 10 minutes. I said OK because what else can I do? “I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. ”

“Just the spot we needed, close to everything we wanted. Lovely space for hosting a very overdue small family visit in a town where none of my family's homes are workable gathering spots. Very close to Micro Center, which may not be a selling point for everyone but was a definite plus. Backyard would be great in warmer weather. Master bedroom gets nice morning light, bummer we couldn't use the fireplace in the den obviously set up for it but oh well. I appreciated them leaving us tea and coffee,...

“Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors...

“Cute place- perfect for our quick visit to KC. They had a dog bowl and treats ready for our pup. ”

“This place was perfect for a short getaway for me, my husband, and the dogs between Christmas and New Year's. They've replaced the loveseat with a comfy foldout chaise sectional. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the dogs, and there was even wood left for the fire pit. It's close to town for grocery runs and the TV has a Roku.The property owner was super responsive when we were having trouble with the heat and our problem was fixed right away.”
