“I can’t say enough good things about Desert’s Edge. The property is lovely. The home is cozy, beautiful, and cool (it was HOT outside!). Karen is an outstanding host. The place had tons of local art that is available for purchase, which was awesome. Plus she provides tons of information about the community, trails, local stores (Lithic Bookstore was amazing!). I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“We really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!”

“Simple no fuss property was easy to find and the host gave great instructions before and during our visit. Locking bike shed was great piece of mind and we were happy to find a place where our dogs could join the trip.”
