Great experience staying in Fruita! We enjoyed the apartment and appreciated doing all our laundry post camping. We stayed in and made dinner and also loved walking to Hot Tomato and Best Slope for pizza and coffee! Caitlin was a great host and we highly recommend!

Stayed one night while traveling through. Great location, plenty of space, and pet friendly. There was a nice yard to walk pets and even a pet waste clean up station! Parking was plentiful and there was even enough parking for our humongous U-Haul on the street. Near quaint shops and tons of public art to look at. Easy access to freeway. I’d stay again!
