It was definitely in an area with a lot of unhoused folks on the streets nearby, but they were very respectful and I never felt unsafe. “Nice place. Convenient to downtown. The owners were easy to communicate with. Just beware that the kitchen does not have dishes or cookware. I.e. only two coffee cups. It worked for us, but might not for everyone.”
