It was very centrally located to Portland and an easy drive to get everywhere. We also appreciated Nick's emailed list of suggested restaurants and activities and used some of his suggestions which was great as we had never been to the area before. We would definitely stay again! ”

“The house was beautiful and in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was labeled makingnit easy to find and put away. The beds were comfortable. There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition. Overall it was a great stay. ”

Mark was a great hose and even provided a delicious croissant recommendation. I’ve been to Portland prior to this trip, but if I come back, this would be my first choice.”

“An ideal home away from home at our most favorite place in Maine. Plenty of extra touches to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Owner is quick to respond to any questions, and went well above-and-beyond to help us out when we experienced an unforeseen situation. I am so very grateful! I hope we can book this wonderful home again next summer. Thank you!”

“We had great stay at this property in late August. The house is very well appointed, very clean and well stocked. The location is great - close to all attractions (and convenient to exploring nearby areas) but felt very private. Zac was a great host and super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here. ”

“Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend.”

“My family and I have been traveling up to the Maine and New Hampshire lake regions for 13 years, and this wonderful lake home on Little Sebago Lake was voted by my kids and grandkids (and my husband and me) as the "Best Vacation House Ever"!
