The apartment is spacious and perfect for business and leisure stays.

Located in Fuengirola on the second floor with a Lift and consists of 3 rooms.

The house is non-smoking, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and a washing machine.



The Space:

***Please note that the large pool is undergoing renovation from March 15 to June 15. From June 15 onwards, it will be open daily between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.



The kitchen is equipped with dishes, tableware and major appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The outdoor space consists of the garden and is enriched by an outdoor dining area and solarium.

Carvajal modern flat with a view - Ref 66 also offers: gym, television and indoor fireplace/stove.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

Interaction with Guests:

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
