Would stay again

Would definitely stay again, train station 5 mins walk away, beach about 10mins walk,due to hills and steps to get to beach/train you need to be semi fit. Apartment exactly as described, beds were comfortable and shower was amazing. I would highly recommend this apartment

Nice, but..

Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben, gute Ausstattung vor allem die Küche. Aber viele Baustellen für neue Wohnungen in direkter Nachbarschaft, mit viel baulärm von morgens 8 bis abends um 8. und auch viel Staub in der Luft. Der Ausblick ist nicht mehr wie auf den Bildern, eher Blick auf neue Baustellen und Wohnblöcke. Die Lage vom Appartement ist aber gut, ca. 7 min Fußweg zum breiten Strand mit schönen strandbars

Apartamento fenomenal, muy buena zona, el pero se le pondría a la distancia , subida y bajada de escaleras a la playa, 98 esactamente de ida y 98 de vuelta.

Family event.

Happy with the accommodation. All you need to spend your holiday. The manager Mr Lee is a friendly and polite guy.Hi did showed the accommodation and he assured we have everything we need. The only thing what it is unpleasant is that at this time we booked the accommodation is that all around there's construction site.We understand that they are building new nice holidays accommodation. In couples of years I'm sure that the all neighbourhood will look fantastic. You need to know that the accommodation is situated up hill.The hills they're very stiff. If you intend to drive all the way up to the accommodation you must be warry about the hill. You need to be a good driver if you're not familiar with hills. Free street parking.The spaces they're limited.Nice beach close. Train station 5minutes walk.Out door pool .Overall we had a nice and memorable holiday.I recommend this host.

Very friendly

We booked our stay in this flat only one evening before departure because we could not get into our originally planned flat. It was a very friendly and fast responding contact. So I could arrive with my daughter with peace of mind. The landlords made it possible, even though it was absolutely last minute;-) On site, a friendly manager contacted me directly and organised the arrival time with key handover. He also reacted and answered all questions quickly. The flat is really great, equipped with everything. From our balcony on the top floor we had a great view of the sea and the beach. The beach can be reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes, the S-Bahn easily in 5 minutes. My daughter and I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!

Fantastic vacation, more excellent than the pictures

We had a fantastic vacation at the Appartement. First of all, our host Lee was friendly and helpful, picked us up from the train station and offered to get groceries when our first flight was cancelled, and we arrived late at night with the children. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need from your home away from home. The kitchen is very suitable for daily cooking if you decide to go on self-catering. Air-fryer, toaster, oven everything is there with good pots and cutlery. The grocery store is two train stops away in Los Boliches. Further, it is easy walking distance from the beach of Carvajal, about 10 min with kids aged 6. At the beach, many restaurants are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks if you like. The train stops 500 m away; the C1 line directly connects to Malaga airport, Malaga city and Fuengirola. We used a ten stipe card for the tickets. The building is mainly a residential building where owners of second homes spend their summer vacation and weekends—no worries about noise or loud neighbours. The swimming pool is an additional plus open from 9:00-22:00, very well kept. The owner is beneficial and quick in answering questions. He contacted us about the Malaga Fair and what was going on during our stay. Indeed, I highly recommend staying in Carvajal if you like a quiet vacation but want to be close to busy arias.

Muy buena estancia

Nos ha encantado el sitio, el alojamiento ha estado muy bien, no le faltaba nada, es muy tranquilo y la playa Carvajal que está cerquita es muy bonita. Hay tambien cosas por ver p.e. el Bioparc en Fuenguirola o el teleferico en Benalmadena y por supuesto el Alcazaba de Malaga. Se puede montar en piraguas alquiladas o avistar delfines en barco. Viajamos en el tren, todo estaba muy cerca. Han sido unas de las mejores vacaciones! Gracias a Sr. Yeo y Sr. Lee con su mujer!

Great place!

Large, well equipped, quiet apartment with sea view. Beach is close - 10 minutes walk with kids. Although on the way back is quite steep but we didn’t mind a bit of extra exercise. The pool at the property was great. We enjoyed our time there.

Home from home

We had a lovely last minute holiday at this property, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable break . We made good use of the communal swimming pool and most of the time we had it to ourselves and the beach which was about 10 min walk down the hill was lovely and quiet . We usually hire car whilst in Spain but this time as the apartment is so close to Carvajal train station we decided to give it s go and was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was . The train actually has a station in Malaga airport and it then travels all along the coast To fuengirola , it’s cheap frequent and easy to use and we made full use of it during our stay to visit other areas . The only thing that could be a problem if you wasn’t fairly mobile and didn’t hire a car would be the apartment is situated on a hill , it wasn’t a problem for us and In fact we found the exercise quite enjoyable . I would happily recommend the property to friends and the communication with the agent/owner was brilliant we only booked this 4 days before travel and everything ran smoothly . Thank you for a lovely break and really didn’t want to go home

Lovely apartment near the sea

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well presented, and the pool area and grass well maintained and clean. We were met at the property by the agent who showed us around. The apartment is close enough to the sea front to get to the beach and the seaside restaurants. The train from Malaga stops just down the hill which means you can easily hop on the train for a day out at a bigger resort or different beach, and use it to get to and from the airport. This means there is no need for a car, which was great. I would say you need to have a reasonable level of fitness as the apartment block is at the top of a fairly steep hill, however this does mean you have a fantastic view from the balcony. There are no big supermarkets close by, but there a good value one right next too the station just 2 stops away on the train. Carvajel is a quiet resort, but close enough to walk to the bigger resorts east and west. We had a lovely relaxing stay and enjoyed the area.
