“Le ryokan parfait du début à la fin, on est traité comme des rois. J’ai eu une chambre avec la vue sur le mont Fuji avec le bain privé. C’était relaxant de pouvoir se baigner en admirant le volcan. Tout était parfait, propre. Le repas Kaiseki était gargantuesque et très bon. Le petit déjeuner était a la japonaise donc salé. Dommage que l’hôtel ne propose pas un choix japonais et occidental. “The pod was amazing, a good size for 2 people with a comfortable bed. We stayed when the temperature dropped into the minus and it was plenty warm enough in there. Each pod gets it's private bathroom and cooking area. We added on the dinner package last minute for one of the nights which they kindly organised. “The whole ryokan experience was great with only 2 things that needs to be improved. First being the in-room dinner service: the staff didn't mention that meal was being served as courses and we thought the initial portion served was the entire thing. The rice was missing so I had to check with the reception on this. It was confusing on both ends as receptionist mentioned that the staff would have informed us that dinner is served 3 courses but we were not aware. Food was great and delicious but...

“The best place for family/ friends’ staycation! Lovely owners make your trip so special. All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped. What you should bring is only food and drinks. It is located right next to the beautiful shrine which is Unesco world heritage, and having amazing view of Mt.Fuji from the terrace.
