“Staff was helpful from the start. Hotel provides courtesy shuttle to the hotel from Kawaguchiko station. Staff welcomes you into the hotel and guide you to your room. Staff will explain how to use any amenities such as the open air bath. Our room used a futon and a staff will come by and set up the room. Much like other reviews, hotel is outdated and quite far from any convenience store or restaurant.”

“Läget var fantastiskt eftersom det var nära till allt. Personalen var hjälpsam med att hitta frukostställe. Hårda sängar men det beror på vad man tycker om. Gå gärna ut på en tidig morgonpromenad innan alla turister kommer till ön för att uppleva soluppgång och lugnet.”
