“Villa Rusutsu was probably the best lodging we ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn’t wish for anything more. Always help with transfer to the skiing slopes and also help with suggestions, booking and transfer to restaurants at night. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks and if we ever go back to Hokkaido we will no doubt try to stay at villa rusutsu. ”
“Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious!”
“Great place to stay only 5 mins by car to Hirafu (they even have private transfer if you don't have a car). Spacious and clean rooms and a very good breakfast. We were able to leave our luggage early before check in and enjoy the slopes. Highly recommended.”

“We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday.”
