“Well priced and a good location. Not a fancy room, but it was fine. It was a little noisy, nothing too bad. Overall, nothing to complain about, nothing to be super excited about either.”

“The breakfast was pathetic. No coffee, or hot food. Had to tell them they were out of coffee About 3 bagles, a handful of donut holes and a bowl of yogurt was available. The place was not busy.”

“The suites are nice. Bur when i arrived i had to wait two hours to check in because they hadn't cleaned the room yet so even though check-in was 4 we didnt get to check in until 6”

“I pay for a room with a kitchen and didn’t have no dishes or anything to cook with. That was the whole point of me booking this hotel.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was also modern and clean. Breakfast was carb heavy, with no fresh fruit at all. The 3rd floor smelled like curry. The staff were very difficult to understand. Also, it isn't documented that early check in would cost $10 an hour extra. ”

“Very disappointed with this stay. The hotel claims to be smoke-free but the smell of smoke was extremely strong as soon as we stepped off the elevator and inside our room. It was so bad it gave me a headache, and even opening the windows didn’t help. I also reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king bed instead due to a “maintenance issue,” which was frustrating since it wasn’t what I paid for. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...
