“The apartment was very well represented. It was clean and well stocked with the necessities. It is in an old building, so uneven hardwood floors are to be expected. Host was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Street parking was right in front of the building. My two concerns include the low income neighborhood and the strong smell in the entryway of the building. My guess is weed. That smell, unbelievably, did not permeate the apartment. It smelled wonderful.”

“This property was great for me while spending the weekend there for events at Mizzou . It was very clean and had a full kitchen in case you get tired of eatimg out. Lovely second floor apartment. ”

“The owner of the property is fantastic. She was extremely hospitable and quick to respond. The place is fantastic in downtown, and I’m walking distance to everything. You can’t dislike that it’s next to Bek’s as well. Fantastic restaurant!!! All good here, stay here!!”

It was very conveniently located near town and the hwy 50. We would definitly like to stay there again when we return to Jefferson City for a visit.”

“This was an interesting experience. I booked a stay here or at least I thought I did for 6 nights. I received confirmation from Hotels.com and thought nothing else of it until I arrived and found out I had no room. In a panic I contacted Conestoga via Hotels.com. Nick from the property contacted me quickly and explained they never confirmed the reservation from Hotels.com but he worked with me to get a room for 3 nights. He was outstanding and worked with me during late hours. He also contacted...
