âReception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they donât let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
âCharming hotel with a very cool lobby/bar area, a rooftop bar/restaurant with views of the river, gorgeous old-world guestrooms with big windows and comfortable beds. Word of caution: lower-floor rooms on the non-river side of the hotel can be noisy, as the street below is full of cafes and tourists. Very centrally located in Old Montreal to Notre Dame, shops, restaurants and more.â
