“Great location and convenient access to the city and Myeongdong market. Booked a room for two seperate periods during our visit to Korea. Upper level floor with the view is amazing. Staffs are friendly especially Hotel doorman , Andrew , is professional and very welcoming. The downside - our room is at the corner and the pillar takes significant space and the room becomes a little tight for us. ”

“The room had a lot of stains on walls, roof and windows. Also stains and hair in bathroom. Did not feel clean upon arrival. Never slept in such a hard bed before. Really stiff matress. Otherwise great hospitality, nice staff. Great location.”

“The hotel is nice and fancy but for the prize and for being 4 star I expected more. The room is quite run down, although clean and spacious the sink, walls and furniture is very worn down. Nothing huge to complain about but for this price point I would have expected a better experience. ”

“部屋が広いので、荷物も片付けやすい。 浴室有りの部屋なので、どの季節でも旅の疲れが取れて気に入っています。”

“房間整潔，單人住宿還好，兩人住會有點狹小。前台員工英語不錯，態度溫文有禮。 酒店交通方便，有地下通道直達地鐵站，但注意前往酒店時盡量避免乘坐機場巴士，因為距離酒店較遠，沿途也有很多露宿者。 但如果覺淺的旅客最好要求酒店安排較高層數的客房，因為會聽到火車駛過的聲音，但對於我來說沒有太多影響。”

“Ok hotel, but not super. Breakfast buffet is ok, but not super. Standard is ok, but not super. Service is ok, but not super. Location is great in Gangnam since I work there. Also near shopping mall Coex and subway Samsung World Trade Center. Room view is nice. Heating system was not optimal, so either freezing or way to hot.”

“Perfekt läge med promenadavstånd till palats, shopping, marknader och flera tunnelbanestationer som ligger nära (men även enkelt att boka taxi/uber). Många caféer och restauranger i området. Utmärkt städning, wifi och bra bagagerum. Små vattenflaskor på rummet, vattenkokare och en liten kyl. Lite hårda sängar och lite slitet, men överlag ett utmärkt hotell.”

Some downsides would be that they only provided central air-con, no possibility of changing the temperature for your room even though there was a control. The temperature was automatically changed back a few minutes after you had changed it. Breakfast not worth it, and they required us to leave at 10am sharp.
