“The Royal West Indies – Truly an Amazing Experience! 🌴🌊 My stay at The Royal West Indies was truly amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room had a beautiful, generously sized balcony overlooking the garden, pool, and ocean. Happy hour every day from 5–7 PM was a great bonus, and Gab was the absolute best! Shoutout to Gab for making my experience even more enjoyable! The beach was hands down one of the best...

“Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever been on. Lovely hotel and facilities. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I think it fell short with simple amenities that are important to me. There was no water provided in the room and it cost $7 per bottle at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was de-caf only and we went to the desk to ask for some regular and they sent us to the restaurant for that also which cost $6 per cup. We would have liked to brew coffee in our room as a fully equipped room should...

“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“Everything was simply amazing!”

“El personal q trabaja no son tan amables como deberían de ser , es un lugar paradisiaco y muy caro , esto se refiere a casi todo el personal pero también admito q encontré buenas personas pero el personal debe mejorar el trato se le deje o no propina”

“A fantastic and genuine hotel with very familiar attitude and feel. The beach area at Grace Bay is truly world class. Hidden gem for a very affordable price.”
