“After initially getting a call from the front desk informing me that they were not going to honor my Expedia reservation because the overbooked the hotel and me expressing my discontent with their decision, management made it all good. I was upgraded to a really nice suite with Disneyland view. I really appreciate their change of mind and the willingness to make things right ”

“Modernt, rent och snyggt hotell med utmärkt läge för den som vill vara centralt placerad i Downtown LA. Här klarar man sig utmärkt utan bil. Det är nära till Union Station och ännu närmare till två Metro-stationer som tar dig till exempelvis Hollywood eller Santa Monica. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig, frukosten bra, och det var trevligt att hänga i baren på kvällen. Uppskattade möjligheten att avböja städning via en ipad på rummet. Enda minus var att kuddarna var för tjocka för min smak.”

“Luxurious hotel with a great restaurant. Unfortunately the lunch opened too late for us to eat there before leaving on our last day but there was a food court just outside which worked well. Breakfast was a la carte which is not my personal favourite but it was good. ”

“It was a great stay and super close to Disneyland. Also lots of restaurants to eat it right by the property. The property had great food as well.”

“Arbetsresa till Anaheim Convention center. Hotellet ligger lite off, men för övrigt väldigt bra. Rummen var rymliga och moderna. ”

“Hotellet ligger jättefint - men bullrigt. Är byggt 2017 men känns trots det lite slitet. Personalen vid incheckningen var jätte trevlig men i övrigt - framförallt i bar och restaurang verkade de trötta. Väldigt få leenden. Men välj Waterfront - då får ni en fantastisk utsikt. Men högt trafik ljud. ”

“Charging for internet in 2023 is greedy. Charging for “complimentary” water in the room is greedy.”

“This property is great for a group trip with a couple of friends! We stayed in a private quad room and it was perfect for the weekend. Having individual bunk beds for everyone worked out well and we loved that there were outlets on each bunk. The rooftop bar was the best part of our entire trip. Drinks were amazing, they had live music (not guaranteed every night), ambient lighting, and the view of downtown LA was the ultimate vibe. The lobby decor is classy, yet casual, the coffee shop...
