“Location location location is pretty much all this place has to offer.
Our first room was next to a room that was being renovated from 9a.m to 6 p.m.
They told us to get outa our room 11a.m but had to wait till 3 to get into other room. Originally the guy at front desk said we could be in our new room by 12. So that was a bummer.
The hotel is old and the elevator was down for 2 days which was a drag since we were on the 4th floor and I just had a ankle fusion.
I did like the entertainment...

“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves. This was both of our first stays at an all inclusive resort and we liked how easy it was. The pools were awesome, I loved how there were 3 + the VIP pool that we got access to with staying in the suite. Honestly the photos do not do us justice. The only reason we stayed here was due to the wedding, we would’ve picked a different place based on the photos alone, but it’s actually gorgeous in person. The cliff side location is...

“I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice.”

8/10 Bra
A neat hotel by the center of San Jose del Cabo.
But beware of tour suggestions from the concierge as we got dragged into a tourist trap thanks to their suggestion. They helped getting some money back after our complaint though, to their defence...
