Selected this for a one night stay before we had another reservation in Punta de Mita. It was exactly what we had hoped for: good pool, friendly staff, easy to get to from the airport. It was right on the main road, short walk to the beach, but felt secluded and quiet. The beach was a 5 min walk or they have a shuttle that runs every 15 mins. Was not overcrowded. Mostly an older crowd so our kids 6 and 8 had stood out a bit, but loved the staff and pool and buffet. Room was small and dated, but for one night was totally adequate. Might have felt small if we had stayed 3+ days. Food was a good selection, curious to see how much the buffet would have varied for a longer stay. Checkout late/after 12 is $$$ to stick around the pool so we left on time (not ideal if you have a later flight). Loved how the hotel felt Mexican, and not generic "could be anywhere" hotel.
