“Help staff, a bit slow for early breakfast, but friendly and helpful. location near to shopping center was useful, but off major roads, so fairly quiet. Also the local mosque call to prayers at 4:15 was very quiet and could not be heard if the low background hum Air Con was used in the room. Furnishings a little tired but comfortable bed. “Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel. The overall layout is a bit weird and not well optimised. It’s a pity, keeping in mind the wonderful location of the hotel. Totally overpriced. For the same price, I could have a wonderful resort in Bali and exceptional service. ”

“Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid.
