“Better than expected. Family room is suitable for kids. Pool’s 100/100. Feels like a boutique hotel - don’t expect 5 stars facilities and finishing but it’s great for the price. 3 things stood out - aircon and warm water supply are perfect, bedding and cot (proper baby cot!) were great too! And the staff try to help (e.g., early check in).”

“We were initially given a family room in the main block, but unfortunately, the hallway and the room had a strong odor of trash. There were also bags of garbage and cardboard boxes left in the hallway, which we felt posed a potential fire hazard. The room itself was not clean—the carpet was dirty, and we even found trash and lizard droppings on the walls. The bathtub had broken stone edges, making the room feel far from family-friendly. “The hotel is very nice. The only complaint would be that we chose an option with breakfast included. The breakfast was not at all like it was promoted - it said that we could enjoy a big breakfast buffe - in reality it was quite boring with few options. Also the price difference of chosing a room with breakfast included was MUCH higher than if we would have paid the breakfast at the hotel.”

“It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.”
