“As I entered the room all the windows were open (it was a freezing october night). The table was pushed up against the sofa (which looked as if the legs were to give way at any mo). The bathroom was big, but had poor lighting and lacked surface space... the elevator was out and the staff could learn a bit more about costumer aervice.”

“Our stay was lovely! The check in was smooth and we got welcomed in such professional and clear manner. The room was so fresh and modern which I really appreciate. The temperature management was smooth too as it was cold outside, I really appreciate to be able to turn the heat up. Absolutely Beautiful hotel! I would definitely book my stay here again when visiting Leeds. I recommend it highly - and next time I would definitiely need to try their restaurant :)”
