âI had a great experience during my stay! The staff was very friendly, and the doorman kindly helped with my luggage from a distance, since taxis have to stop about half a block awayâthe hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The lounge area was a nice bonus, always stocked with desserts and drinks, and perfect for relaxing or having a conversation. Overall, a warm and welcoming place. Highly recommended!â
âWonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-)

"Nice place, easy to arrive
Clean, with all you need in your room, they also have an easy check in, in some mini you are inside from the airport, you walk from a bridge and you are there. You get some cleaning items, for instance if you forgot your teeth brush or others.
We use the baby crib and was a safe mattress and big enough.
Not so much to improve, except for the personal in the breakfast area in our floor, looks like they are angry if you ask for something, apart of that all the rest of the staff are so kind and eager to help you. "
