Hotell nära Gaddings Dam

“When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus”

“The low rating is entirely due to the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was very soft and "wobbly," and I did not get much sleep over two nights. Otherwise, the place was okay, given the price. One positive was the access to a fully equipped kitchen.”

“First: no elevator to the 1st landing. Difficult with major luggage. I specifically stayed here because it advertised as “self parking” and then I had to pay. Simon, the front desk receptionist was most helpful and kind. The restaurant was good and convenient and the wait staff was fabulous.”

“We just stay one night on a business trip. Rooms were nothing special and with no air condition it was a little bit difficult to sleep this warm night. Food was absolutely OK. Dessert delicious ”

“Will 100% stay here again, from the very start the staff were friendly and informative, the room nice and clean and super dark and quite at night: breakfast and spa/ swim facilities absolutely lovely!!! ”

“Stayed here mainly for one night business trips probably totalling 30 nights now and staff are always friendly.. Mainly Excellent. Some rooms probably need a fresh paint but if you're not too bothered about this then time here is excellent. Parking is plentiful and the views are incredible. The food has always been excellent and the portions are huge. ”

Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part. Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley. J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire.”

“We stayed for 1 night. Located next to a pub / restaurant and surrounded country area. It makes for a lovely stay. Nice staff and very comfy beds. ”
