“When we first arrived, the area surrounding caught our attention as it was very run down. As we approached the house, we'd hoped that once inside our fears would be negated. But unfortunately, the property itself was not up to par. The pictures online looked great, but they are not reflective of the status of the property. Water stains, shoddy DIY enhancements, old coach cover, musty smell, etc. but, although the place was run down, it appeared to be somewhat clean. That thought did not last...

“There are pros and cons here... I'll try to be as fair as possible. PROS: Upkey management was responsive and cooperative and easy to communicate with. The apt hold 4 comfortably. It had shampoo and soap and some other supplies that were greatly appreciated. If you like TVs, they are abundant. There is a pool. It is close to the University and downtown. CONS: The floor needs a really good scrubbing. Even after a second mopping from the cleaning person, our feet still got brown. The welcome mat...
