Welcome to our inviting retreat, where relaxation meets excitement. This spacious home boasts a large pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on sunny days. Unwind in the comfortable living spaces, or challenge friends to a game of ping pong or pool in the entertainment area. With four bedrooms, there's ample space for everyone to enjoy. Three bedrooms are in the main house, and the fourth bedroom is a pool-side studio with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and air conditioning. With a quick 5-minute drive or 18-minute walk, you can find yourself right in the middle of UF's most exciting events at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and the O'Connell Center. So, whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying indoor activities, or venturing out, this home offers a perfect balance of comfort and fun. Your unforgettable vacation awaits!

This worked out well for our group, and we would stay there again. It is not the fanciest of places, feeling just a little bit run down (outdoor chairs were shaky, e.g.), but overall very pretty, We enjoyed playing pool and exploring the wide selection of games. Two of us braved the pool (which was quite chilly in December) and thought it was really nice. We didn't mind that the ice-maker was broken in the fridge but would have appreciated having ice trays available - but we bought ice on our second day and that was okay. One thing that was troublesome was the parking situation, We were not told until the day before that only two cars could be parked there and that street parking on weekdays was not allowed. We had 4 cars from people who had traveled from across the state and North Carolina and that was a pain, Overall, though, worth the price and well-situated in town.

We really appreciated how accommodating this host was! From quick responses to questions, to helping us extend our stay, they were always available if needed. The house is cozy with lots of areas to spread out if you have a big family. The games and pool initially lured us to the listing but the extent of activities at the house was a great surprise! Stacks of games, movies and fire pit was enough to keep everyone busy and having fun! The only thing to plan for is limited parking and towing on the Main Street. No more than 2 cars can fit in the driveway. We really enjoyed our time together here in the swamp! Thank you for having us!
