“This place is great. The house is nearly new in a really nice modern neighborhood. House has all the amentities needed and even some extras provided by the host. Great communication and easy access to the building as well. We stayed in Gainesville as it is nearly the halfway point between our home in Tampa and my Daughters current home at FSU. We met here to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family together. Next time we need a halfway stay location for certain this will be my first choice!...

“The property was in poor shape. The baseboards and doors were all scratched up and the bathroom had evidence of mold from a shower door that did not close/seal properly. The kitchen supplies were limited and there was only one dish towel available. There were stinky fragrance diffusers throughout the home, which was overwhelming especially for folks who are sensitive to perfumes. There were holes in the blinds in two places, leaving us without privacy. There were no washcloths for bathing, and...
