  • Completely renovated 2 bedrooms, 1 bath vintage home conveniently located in the heart of Gainesville. Short walk to restaurants, breweries, live music, clubs, and downtown Gainesville. Enjoy this private and quiet location near everything.

    This home has 2 bedrooms and1 bath and has been completely renovated inside and out. The master bedroom features a brand-new king mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. The second bedroom features a brand-new, pillow-top queen-sized mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. There are plenty of options for lounging and relaxing in this beautiful home. Enjoy the Gator game on the 55in TV in the living room, sip coffee on the back deck in the morning under the beautiful oak trees or have a glass of wine on the covered side porch.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare and enjoy meals. Kitchen features full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and oven, Keurig with coffee and creamer, microwave, waffle maker, blender, and toaster.

    The bathroom has been completely remodeled with a modern and spacious walk-in shower with a full glass enclosure. Brand new tiles, fixtures, and lighting.

    The spacious laundry-room has a full-sized washer and dryer with large folding table making folding easier.

    This home is located just over a 1 mile to UF campus, downtown Gainesville, and Depot Park. Enjoy Gainesville's night life close by, go to a Gator game, or just relax in this quiet centrally located home.

    Take a day trip to Disney World and Orlando from this home with only 2-hour drive. St. Augustine Beach and Cedar key are 1 & 1/2 hours and45 minutes away respectively. Multiple beautiful springs are a great way to get out of the heat while visiting or hike one of the many trails in Gainesville.

We booked this house for multiple Florida baseball weekends (wish the baseball was going a bit better!) and couldn’t be happier with the house and the host. The house has everything you need, including a great yard if you have a dog. If you are coming to Gainesville, I highly recommend you consider this house. Great place. Greater value. My family was in town for the Florida-Ole Miss baseball series and had the absolute pleasure of staying at this property. Conveniently located to everything you need, the house oozes old Florida charm. Bonus - the wife enjoyed the complimentary coffee items! But what truly made it was the host, who proves the notion that good things come to good people. Ananda is a good egg, and through kindness and communication has earned our family’s business for as long as we are welcome. We are scheduled for a few more stays the rest of the baseball season and can’t wait to return. Thank you Ananda for your hospitality and everyone out there do yourself a favor by staying at this house when you need a place in Gainesville.

We had another wonderful stay! This was our second visit to this house, and it was just as great as the first. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciate that it’s pet-friendly—it’s so nice to be able to bring our dog along. The location is perfect, and the hosts make everything easy. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Together for Nana's Memorial

It was the right place for our family to gather, close to the church and perfect for getting together, watching the Gators on TV, playing games (which Nana would have loved) and having friends over.

Great little place close to everything

Clean property, just the right size for 3 of us. Located walking distance to both a park and a police station, and just 5-10 minutes drive to pretty much everything we wanted to do and see. Would stay here again.

Great baseball weekend!

We’ve stayed at this house before for Gator baseball weekends and really appreciate the hospitality and wonderful quant home away from home. Whether you are just passing through for a few days or staying longer, I recommend considering calling this place home.
