“Nice place on the river. Great views and outdoor space. Very clean. Address marker on the road would help. Can't see the turn in due to the slope and putting the address into Google maps doesn't get you to the right place. But owner was quickly responsive when we had trouble finding it.”

“Loved the community setup! Though we didn’t have kids with us nor did we have the opportunity to explore all that was offered, it really was a great family/community oriented place. Cozy cabins set off in the woods a little with a gathering are area for camp fires, grilling and activities near the big house. Definitely worth visiting especially if you have a large group! Oh and the welcoming committee was an awesome treat(fur babies galore, ha)! Thank you”

“Comfortable rustic cabin with big rooms and a huge deck with a great view. Had our family Thanksgiving gathering and had plenty of room for everyone. ”

“The cabin was perfect. This is our second time booking with this host and she has been nothing short of excellent both times. Will be returning in the near future. Cabin does get a little chilly if you forget to fill up the generator before falling asleep like we did lol. But all in all it’s a wonderful location and well worth every penny for a romantic, quiet getaway.”

“This home was perfect for our group of four fly fishing anglers. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful location on the river. Comfortable beds, clean and welcoming. Place has a dock with boat slip for river Jons. We dined out, so did not use cooking amenities. Cotter, Lakeview, Mountain Home, Flippin are conveniently 10-20 minutes away for dining and shopping. As I recall, photos depicted a Mr. Coffee maker which we prepared for, yet the home furnishes a K-cup maker. No worries though, coffee K-cups...

Lindsey was always quick to reapond for any questions we had. If you’re lookin for a great cabin close to the water you have got to stay here. Also if you have any questions about anything just ask they will gladly answer and are such helpful people. Check em out and you’ll really enjoy your stay!”

“The cabin was clean and so perfect. It was pet friendly which was nice since we were traveling with dogs. There was a playground on the property and my 5 year old loved it. I loved walking the property with my morning coffee. It was so peaceful and serene. I was greeted by 2 people telling me where my key was and that it was ready. We walked into the heat on and it was so warm and cozy. We all slept so good. We loved the cats and Oreo. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ”
