“We were very disappointed with the hotel’s air-conditioning policy. Guests cannot fully control the temperature in their rooms because the system uses motion sensors and automatically resets to 74 degrees. We prefer a cooler room for sleeping, but when there was no movement during the night, the system reset itself. By 3:00 a.m., the room had become uncomfortably warm despite the temperature we had selected. We reported the issue to the front desk and were told that staff could not override...

“They charged me for extra night because system was not functional on Sunday, and they don't want me to refund it ”

“Läget är bra, nära Dulles flygplats. Problem vid incheckningen eftersom inget av de kreditkort (Mastercard och Amex) fungerade till en början för att betala rummet. Plötsligt efter många försök gick det dock. Tummen är något slitna. Någon form av fest pågick med mycket bastung musik. Frukosten var typisk för de stora hotellkedjorna i USA. Mycket tomma kalorier.”

“Clean and nice room. Good bed. Isuues with TV during while stay, never fixed. Worn linen but clean. Quite some smoking of grass at the hotel. Situation around hotel feels safe.”

“Overall this was an amazing stay however the ac was weird in the room. If it reached desired temperature it would blow hot air so it got hot then cold.”

“The shuttle drivers Luis and Richard were awesome with advice and hotel surroundings. The check in with Mr Sahil went smoothly and he was very professional and helpful in all our needs. Mrs. Januka at the cafeteria did an awesome job assisting with the Breakfast essentials, the cleanliness of the Breakfast area was awesome and hotel lobby was inviting smelling nice. I Thank them for a wonderful experience , first time in Chantilly VA. Definitely will be back.”
