The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised. However the facilities needed more maintenance. Newly and best location
A very nice and new hotel that has become my new favorite for business travel to Batam. Excellent location and also freshly surrounded by a great city view. Hoping only that the breakfast offering for westerners improves.
