“The room was clean and comfortable. But I had a last-minute change on my side that I needed 2 beds instead of 1 king size and the staff did not have a courtesy of helping, I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but they could not help at all, the hotel was not even full at its capacity. Poor customer service because I booked the hotel through Expedia.”

“Something went wrong with the air conditioner, and I woke up in the entire room was soaking wet never touched the air conditioner. I don’t know what setting it was supposed to be on. It was the setting they put it on, but I woke up soaking wet, went downstairs ass for help. They offered me more towels to clean up all the water on the floor. That’s not really what I was looking for didn’t sleep half the night because I was soaking wet in my bed.”

“Very nice rooms with a kitchen. Truly nonsmoking inside. Some frustration if traveling with dogs. There is disconnect between the pet fee as stated on Expedia and the hotel. Outside: Hate gravel where grass should be. Pet space is only 12-15 feet by 15-20 feet with a tree in the middle, which is way way too small especially given no grass elsewhere and the dog area is overgrown and unmowed. “We were not notified that this property is a transitional place for homeless going into a new apartment and some of the people staying at the hotel were pretty sketchy. When we would go out to the pool as paying guests, all of these people would be out there with their many kids and the guest couldn’t even enjoy being out there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their rooms were filthy and the room smelled musty.”
