“Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!”

“Disgusting and Completely Unacceptable I would not recommend Comfort Inn Splash Harbor to anyone, especially families with children. We arrived around 1:00 a.m., and because my child was exhausted, we had no choice but to stay. Otherwise, I would have left immediately. The hotel was filthy. The carpets throughout the property were so dirty they appeared black instead of their original red color. There was garbage left by the entrance, and the dining area chairs were visibly stained and dirty....

“We enjoyed the apartment and all of its 1970's paraphernalia. I grew up in the area IN the 1970's so it was all a blast from the past. It was clean and loved that they welcomed pets. Check in and check out was easy. We had some trouble with a broken coffee maker and the bed was rather hard. But owners were responsive. ”

“The pictures shown in the photos did not match what was inside of the house. At all. In fact, there wasn’t even a couch to sit on. No comfortable seating anywhere. If I wanted to stretch out, I had to lie on the bed. There was an outdoor wicker set for the living room furniture and the “couch” didn’t even have a cushion on it. Just bare wicker. The water was full of iron and had a strong, metallic smell to it, making showers very unpleasant. There was orangish red stains on all of the faucets...
